If you are within your warranty period, you will receive a replacement firmware or updated build. Out-of-warranty replacements are available at a discounted rate.

Is any software installed on the gaming PC?

No. DMA setups do not require any software or loaders on the gaming PC.

Do I need the Baller Bundle?
