Sorry again about receiving different branded hardware. At the time, our Makcu / fuser shipment was delayed, so we shipped equivalent hardware from one of our partner suppliers instead so your order would not be delayed further. The hardware itself is functionally identical, just different branding. I’m also not seeing any EDID/fuser related messages in your ticket history, so it’s possible those messages were not sent through correctly or were discussed elsewhere. Regarding the firmware delivery, your firmware was delivered within 7 hours, which is still well within our advertised 24 hour delivery timeframe. Most orders are delivered faster, but delays can happen depending on the queue volume As for the ticket delays, I do apologize for that. Some of the troubleshooting involved issues that are unfortunately hardware/setup specific, which can make response times longer while we review things internally. Glad to hear you eventually got everything working.

-rep i got send a dmakings fuser and makcu instead of ducky products -rep i was having problems with my fuser as i had to manually inject edid which was not working for a while so i made a ticket and it took around 5 hours for a response (by then i got it working) even though i shouldve had a fuser that should of automatically flashed itself -rep i was having problems will the dma card so i made a ticket horrible wait times up to 10 hours again had a response which was useless and which i already tried. by the time they responded again i got it working only took a total of 3 days only thanks to @qweg only help i got -rep firmware took 7 hours to be delivered when other people got theres within the hour

arcane cheat for arc raiders seems to be not so good

-rep purchased arcane for arc raiders. after having multiple issues and not being able to use the full subscription i didn’t learn my lesson and asked the server owner “mr duck” what I should use he then recommended bell tower. 30 minutes of me using what was recommended the exact same way I used the previous product for almost a month I was banned and support was no help just said they haven’t received other reports. I asked for a refund due to the fact that i wasn’t able to even use the recommended product for more than 30 minutes unfortunately they said there was nothing they could do.

Really solid experience. I picked up multiple products and almost all of them worked perfectly. The one issue I had was honestly more on me and my current "skill level" Even with that, support handled everything professionally from start to finish. @Trix was very responsive, asked the right questions, and stayed with me through the whole process. Duck also stepped in and made sure everything was resolved fairly. Communication was clear, the outcome was fair, and the support felt genuine. I feel confident continuing with their products long term. Easy 5/5.

I don't recommend it. I bought basic firmware and Direct BF6. I just had a bad experience so far, FW received after 3-4 hours, not bad. Direct key expired and is not working, support also slow. I'll give 3 out of 5.

+rep I've been using** EFT Kernaim 7 Days** and **Finals Kernaim 7 Days** and they seem to work just fine without getting banned. I haven't been banned on the finals using **Finals Kernaim 7 Days**, even after using it for 7 days. For EFT (pve only) everything seem to work just as fine, I can do quests and find loot just as fine! Kernaim cheats are pretty cool 👍

-rep. I had ordered my card on april 5th with the most fast shipping option. It took them 4 days to even give the device to the ups. I got my device yesterday and i got my firmware in 1hr. Which was good. But after flashing the firmware was not working. I followed everything on the guide and nothing worked. I already had a dma setup i just got a new card. Since then i been requesting assistance to look into this. No support. No one is looking into it.
