+rep @Mr. Duck is deadass the realest mf out there. No matter how big his company is he still cares about his customers. The support time was very lengthy (around 21 hours - to get my firmware), but that makes sense with all the tickets these guys have. I'm being for real download Vencord and look at hidden channels its insane, easily 500+ tickets. but when my time came around we got my firware setup in less than an hour. I bought the 35t bundle on a Thursday, received it the next Wednesday (in the U.S) which is hella fast especially for the items. Duck was kind enough to get me right with a little surprise in my order. Honestly worth the money. There are other people out…

+rep everything with the DMA works. FW is good, got it written in 6 hours I think. Had problems with the delivery, but that was UPS's fault. Overall they have very good prices for DMA products, at least 20-30 % cheaper, than other shops.
