A month ago, I had an experience with Ducks-Services DMA bundle. I purchased the Ultimate bundle, which took around 2 weeks just to initiate the shipping process. After about 2 weeks, I finally received the shipping label, and the package took 3-4 days to arrive. HOWEVER, the first DMA card I received was completely used; there were scratches on the fuser power brick, and the card itself was non-functional. It took another week for BMP to determine that the issue was with the card, not me. Once they acknowledged that the card was defective, they initiated another shipment for just a DMA card, which took another 3-4 days to arrive. When I finally received the card, it took me about 3 hours to set everything up, but I had to wait an additional 2 days to get my firmware. Overall, I would rate this service a 3 out of 10. Additionally, they only have one person handling all DMA-related inquiries, so good luck trying to catch this person while they are online.
