-rep 2/10🌟 The support staff were unable to provide a clear explanation of their own product, nor explain the differences between the product categories. It was easily detected, my account and computer were both banned for 10 years. Same issue as above, when using DF Fecurity, the delete and comment keys did nothing—no menu appeared and I couldn’t adjust anything. No one explained these problems to me; the only response was “We don’t know.” The attitude was poor, and I didn’t feel respected as a customer.
