For now it's a 3 or 4/10 if they help me I'll change this reference otherwise it's quite frustrating to pay so much money and not receive help with something you don't know I'm going to put my reference from now on since you make your purchase I guess the deal you receive begins. My first problem is that on the page it said that it took 4 to 8 days for the package to arrive. It took me 20 days to arrive and I had to go to the package because it didn't get home They give you 1 day of warranty (I read that I don't know if I'm wrong) but the firmware is given to you 1 day later (I understand it on the page it says) but basically you lose your warranty without being able to try it since it is not safe to use the dma without firmware On the page it says that they give you 24/7 Expert Support - Lifetime expert setup & support included. Right now I'm with the installation and I'm not receiving help after telling them that I had no knowledge of this they only gave him his guide but I was having errors and he sent them but no one answered
