Really solid experience. I picked up multiple products and almost all of them worked perfectly. The one issue I had was honestly more on me and my current "skill level" Even with that, support handled everything professionally from start to finish. @Trix was very responsive, asked the right questions, and stayed with me through the whole process. Duck also stepped in and made sure everything was resolved fairly. Communication was clear, the outcome was fair, and the support felt genuine. I feel confident continuing with their products long term. Easy 5/5.
