+rep Whoever complains about waiting on Duck’s support clearly has zero experience with other cheat providers. If you’ve ever used anyone else, you already know how rude and painfully slow standard support usually is. What sets Duck apart is that the team actually gives a daily shit about helping people. I’ve talked to users running 8 to 10 separate tickets at once for different issues, and every single one gets handled professionally. Even when people open ridiculous tickets, spam, or act downright rude, I’ve never seen the staff lose their temper or disrespect anyone. Out of all the providers I’ve dealt with over the years, Duck’s support is easily the best in the scene. If you hit a roadblock, just have a little patience they will get to you. And don't forget it’s a massive, active community. Half the time, if you post your issue in general or community support channels, other experienced members will jump in and help you get sorted before staff even opens the ticket. Give them some credit and let them do their job.
