  • What makes the DC505 different from the 1K HDMI Fuser?

The DC505 is our flagship fuser, featuring HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 support, dramatically higher refresh rates, native 4K support, ultrawide compatibility, and premium hardware for the best possible DMA experience.
  • Will the DC505 work with my monitor?

Yes. The DC505 supports standard 1080p, 1440p, and 4K monitors, along with ultrawide resolutions such as 3440×1440. Both HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 outputs are supported.
  • What PCs are required?

Both the gaming PC and DMA PC must have an NVIDIA GTX 10-Series or newer GPU, or an AMD RX 500-Series or newer GPU. Laptops and mini PCs are not supported. For the DMA PC, a CPU with at least 6 threads is recommended.
  • Does the DC505 add input lag?

No. The DC505 is engineered for extremely low and consistent latency while providing lossless fused video output without compression.
  • Can I use DisplayPort instead of HDMI?

Yes. The DC505 supports both HDMI 2.1 (48Gbps) and DisplayPort 1.4, allowing you to achieve the highest refresh rates supported by your monitor.
  • What's included in the box?

Every order includes the Duck's Services DC505 Fuser and a 12V power cable. Additional cables may vary depending on the production batch.
  • Do you help with installation?

Yes. Free setup assistance is provided through our Discord support team.
  • What are your shipping and delivery times?

All DMA hardware ships from the United States. Orders ship within 0–1 business days, with U.S. delivery in 2–4 days and international delivery in 5–7 days. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
