New to this DMA thing but trust me when I say this Duck services is the ONLY place I will go for anything DMA related. This is the most legit place and operates how a business should. I don’t trust and won’t use any other DMA company. Also he shipped my product out super fast and provided the tracking number. 10/10 recommend them for anything DMA!

+REP I forgot I downloaded FW to my NAS instead of my PC. I tried to look for it on my 2nd PC and my Gaming PC but couldn't find it. They were helpful and give me the FW again w/o paying for it again. Although I wished I still had access to closed tickets. or at least warned that I wouldn't be able to access them after a few days.

Extra +rep I forgot to mention that @Mr. Duck shipped my makcu by accident when I refunded, I actually saved 20$. He said hes not gonna charge me the extra 20$ for his mistake. My boy @! bmpdma gave me a free emulated firmware when I paid the basic one after I ran into issues with the newest BE update when I initially paid the non emulated one. Support is slow sometimes but I always expect quality support when I deal with these guys. @vdjf is goated for dma support when he does not have one
