+rep I purchased a DMA bundle, which I haven't received yet since it was on preorder and was shipped on Thursday, but I also bought cheats and a spoofer that work perfectly. In the support tickets, they reply very quickly, ,friendly and before closing a ticket they ask several times if you need anything else. I've never encountered such professionalism in the industry.

+rep firmware is lovely and so is their support team, definitely one of the better sellers, they sent my firmware within an hour of purchase, i did have a slight hiccup probably due to my main computer not auto applying the drivers but we got that fixed in the end and the firmware works as advertised. Whether you are a entry level dma user or a expert these guys have your back.

+/- Rep It’s a reseller, so you can’t expect top-tier support, but it was okay. I had some trouble setting up Nemesis SOT. The main issue was that the tutorial was incorrect—it stated that you need to inject the chair while in-game, which turned out to be wrong. Since the support didn’t respond (maybe because they didn’t know any better), I reached out to a buyer on the official Nemesis Discord and asked him why I was having this issue. I also asked if I was injecting it correctly. He told me that I actually needed to inject before launching the game. To my surprise, it still didn’t work.
