I paid around $400 for the 75T ESP bundle, and after waiting over 30 days for delivery to Europe, I was hit with an additional $40 customs fee on arrival. When the package finally arrived, I couldn’t even use it because I had to wait three more days just to get the firmware. The so-called “support” was basically nonexistent hours between replies, no clear instructions, and constant delays. When I finally got the firmware, it didn’t even work. Flashing failed completely. After more waiting, the FW developer used RustDesk to control my PC to try fixing it and when it failed again, he just disconnected without saying a word. No explanation, no fix, no follow-up. Completely unprofessional. I’ve now requested a refund and haven’t received any response. This level of customer service is unacceptable I’ve lost time, money, and patience. Unless this is resolved immediately, I’ll be filing a formal dispute through my payment provider and sharing this experience publicly so others are aware of how poorly this product and support team operate.
