Everything was set up and running within 14 days, and delivery arrived in about 7–10 days, which was great. I did have some trouble setting up the internal loader at first - specifically getting the ESP to merge - but their team provided remote help via the help desk. While they couldn’t fully resolve it at the time, I managed to fix it myself later by uninstalling and reinstalling a driver and removing the HDMI cable from the second PC to the main monitor. That solved the issue 😇 Support can be a bit slow to respond, though I believe that’s mainly due to the time zone difference (I’m in the UK, and they’re based in the US).
