I started my DMA journey by purchasing the 35T Ultimate Bundle (FW: None) for $234.98. After receiving my 35T bundle, I immediately noticed that one of the main buttons on the Fuser was missing. Unfortunately, it never worked at all. https://emmvrc.cc/duckproof.png I reached out for help, and they said they’d send a replacement firmware. That never happened. I even asked if I could get a refund if it didn’t work, and they agreed. https://emmvrc.cc/refundme.png Eventually, I had to buy from another firmware provider for an extra $100, and their firmware worked perfectly — proving that the problem wasn’t on my end. I gave Duck Services multiple chances to make things right — including proof, communication, and even offering to return the items — but they’ve refused every time. I strongly suggest avoiding Duck Services unless they seriously improve their quality control and customer support.
