+Rep I placed my order in late November 2025 and received the DMA card and Macku within two weeks. The fuser arrived later in late December, as it was out of stock at the time of my order. I’m based in the UK, so it also had to clear customs from the US. When there was a delay, Mr Duck proactively chased it up for me, which I really appreciated. Zesira also generated my firmware within a day of my request, which was very efficient. While support responses can sometimes be slow, the team is consistently accommodating, kind, and patient when they do reply. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’m happy with both the product and the support provided. I will update this review within a month to give my opinions on the firmware and how it performs across various games.
