+rep sure they are sometimes slow at responses but they have a lot of tickets to deal with at least 250+ active tickets nonetheless, I had a problem with my delivery order took about 5 months because of the carrier but then I asked duck about it since it went back to him and they still made me a new order and gave me a new one while also keeping their promise of my warranty firmware that i should've received it 5 months ago, Top tier support!
