-rep I bought a key for the finals dullwave and was never able to get it to work due to F2 literally doing nothing. I contacted support who informed me the tool was down and was being updated and that i would be compensated. Since then, the tool has been updated twice with other users saying its working fine now but upon requesting another key or a extension (my key ran out before i could ever even get the tool to work in the first place and I informed support of my problem at the same time i couldn't get it to work) all i was told was to try again now that the tool was updated but they have ignored any request for another key. I joined dullwave telegram who informed me i should request a refund / moneyback from ducky who just said "sorry try again" even though i dont even have a working key anymore. All further request for a refund have been denied or ignored and they refuse to acknowledge the fact that i was never able to use the key and dont seem to care to issue me another. It has been almost 2 weeks now with no resolution and have been ignored for 4 days almost 5 since the last response. At this point my only option is to go through my bank and chargeback but i know that will just result in me being banned from the server. To anyone reading this, although ducky resells some pretty solid tools, i cannot recomment ducky to anyone as their support team is non-existent and half the time you will just be stuck talking to a useless ai who tells you wrong information on how to use the tool.
