-rep i will adjust this review when all issues are resolved. Support response times are ABYSMAL. You are luck to get an actual support members attention for more than ~3 messages PER DAY. If the support member you need is not avalible, too bad so sad, wait 12+ hours. DMA packaging was great, packaging looked and felt high quality. DMA setup guides are not up to date, I spent a large portion of my time trying to figure out where and how to install a driver for DMA bc guide was from a much older version. After getting my DMA which came relatively fast considering winter storms happening in the United States, i set it up to the point where the last thing i needed was the custom emulated firmware. Delivery of firmware was SLOW, took ~12 hours, for it to be delivered. Now upon installing firmware, my main PC will no longer boot into windows if the DNA is on, and support is in no rush to help, to me as a cusomter it seems like they got my money now support is just a tease to hope you will not hold out long enough.
