Terrible. Talking to customer support is like speaking to a brick wall, (if they respond). On top of that, have fun encountering issues that they have no clue how to help you with, you’re completely on your own. Mr.Duck will spit out a few of the directional guides you already went through 1:1 and completed, or that is entirely irrelevant to your problem, and then proceed to give you no further help. The tutorials on the site take you in two separate orders depending on how you click and are not organized whatsoever.
