@Carter your own ticket shows multiple times where you said you missed steps (not extracting the .rar, missing drivers, etc.) and were still troubleshooting. We responded throughout the day, asked questions, tagged DMA support, and offered to continue working through it with you. You also said you were going to try again later, then posted this review while we were still waiting on answers from you. Makcu “bricking” from flashing is extremely rare, especially in the scenario you described. If you still want help, we’re willing to continue troubleshooting properly. But calling it “no support” while the ticket is active and we’re responding isn’t accurate.
