I have nothing but good to say about Duck's services. I'm all the way on the other side of the world and I still received my shipment under a week. And when it came to the firmware and software, they helped me set it up and even provided me with support super quickly. And I had a lot of issues because of my own hardware, not the fault of Duck's services, and they went out of their way to help me fix those. Really gotta say thank you to the support team. 10 out of 10 experience.
