I got banned twice permanently

I think the belltower for grayzone warfare is already detected by their staff. I got banned permanently before the update of the 0.5 of grayzone warfare and i just got banned again recently just a couple of hours ago. Is there anything u can do about it? Or maybe helping me retrieve my account?
