All DMA equipment arrived within a week, and support has been top tier. From a beginner standpoint there is a huge learning curve when it comes to setting up all the equipment. Support has been patient and responsive, which is a breath of fresh air from other providers of externals and internal which kind of leave it up to you. Programs (cheese) are legit and work 100 percent alongside DMA . 10/10 would and have recommended to friends.

Honestly started sour with my relationship with duck. But customer service is super nice and shipping was pretty fast. Any issue I had was fixed immediately. And bmp was a homie and helped a ton. Setting up. Actually appreciate yall. W mans

+rep Was interested in getting DMA hardware and finally decided to go with Ducks Ultimate DMA bundle after weeks of looking. Well I’m glad I did as the product is amazing and customer service from the staff is awesome as there wasn’t one issue they couldn’t help me with. I’ll definitely continue to use them for the foreseeable future. You WONT regret it.

+10 Million Rep bought my dma gear from Ducks seems like forever ago now, but recently had some catastrophic pc issues. I was almost ready to just buy a new dma card, Been awhile since purchase but @bmpdma @zesira @Mr. Duck helped me get my dma fixed and running again. Thank you 🙂

+rep I bought duck's spoofer (which is a cheaper version of reported.lol spoofer & and a cool rebrand + cheap in CAD $). I bought the flea market bot for Tarkov and it come in clutch when im AFK and need money. Everytime I go on duck service I always find something new. @Mr. Duck and their staff team give good support and are patient and don't go on the ban hammer that easily (unless you did something really bad). For the hater saying they got no answers in ticket keep in mind they will respond but it will take a bit since they got lots of tickets. Duck service on top (Sorry for double tag duck, I posted this in the wrong channel)

+rep Good support. Bought EMU Firmware. Got @bmpdma to flash my km box, card and fuser for no extract cost. If you need dma support definitely recommend these guys. they are a quick response during the day "NA TIMEZONE"
