+/+ rep for customer service, @bmpdma knows his stuff and always has a solution for your issue, @Mr. Duck always ensures that you are satisfied with your order, also helped with the setup of DMA. +/- rep, I ordered the DMA and after the purchase I was informed by Mr Duck that I actually wasnt going to be receiving a Ducks branded DMA which didnt come with a USB A-C cord so I had to get that on my own from best buy, other than that, the DMA has the same specs and works just fine, it was shipped relatively quickly and everything was -/- rep although its not their fault, the website could be more up to date with products, I purchased the val dma 30 day key on the 17th, it wasnt working until the 28th because of the developers updating it again, not their fault for the product being down, just not warning you before you purchase. Overall, would buy from them again in the future.

All DMA equipment arrived within a week, and support has been top tier. From a beginner standpoint there is a huge learning curve when it comes to setting up all the equipment. Support has been patient and responsive, which is a breath of fresh air from other providers of externals and internal which kind of leave it up to you. Programs (cheese) are legit and work 100 percent alongside DMA . 10/10 would and have recommended to friends.
