    • Honest review i been buying for a few years from duckys and the products are great.... the support is great but sometimes other people dont have an idea to fix the problems leaving me wasting my key. for thoes that are new keep in mind this is only a few products that may be diffcult but depending on the right help you get there shouldnt be an issue.

    • +Rep I placed my order in late November 2025 and received the DMA card and Macku within two weeks. The fuser arrived later in late December, as it was out of stock at the time of my order. I’m based in the UK, so it also had to clear customs from the US. When there was a delay, Mr Duck proactively chased it up for me, which I really appreciated. Zesira also generated my firmware within a day of my request, which was very efficient. While support responses can sometimes be slow, the team is consistently accommodating, kind, and patient when they do reply. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’m happy with both the product and the support provided. I will update this review within a month to give my opinions on the firmware and how it performs across various games.

    • I’m really happy with the purchases I’ve made recently. I bought the DMA Bundle on December 18 at full price, right before the Christmas sale started. After I noticed the sale, I opened a ticket to ask about a price match. I didn’t end up getting the price match, but @Trix and @Cyrus reached out to @Mr. Duck , and Duck credited my Ducky account instead, which I really appreciated. Big shoutout to those guys for helping me out. My DMA Bundle shipped on December 24 and arrived today (December 26). Everything showed up well packaged and in perfect condition. I also purchased the 1:1 firmware and the DMA installation service, and @zesira and @! bmpdma got the firmware sent to me in under 45 minutes, which was great. Since I’m still waiting on my second PC to arrive, Zesira went ahead and installed the firmware from my main PC to make things easier, and handled everything quickly and efficiently. Overall, this was a smooth experience from start to finish. I’ve got no complaints at all and will definitely continue using Duck’s services.

    • +rep Been using Arc Raiders Eden for about a week now after getting everything set up. Everything’s running smooth no problems and no bans. FW is nice. Never really had any issues with the firmware or the items received from Ducks. Only real complaint is support being a little slow, but they’ll get to you eventually, and they helped me out a lot in the end. Much love to the team here. One thing I’m realizing they say shipping takes 2 days, but everyone I’ve talked to says it’s closer to about a week. Other than that, Everything seems to be working fine about to try out more games other than arc raiders.

    • figured I'd just post my trust pilot review here as well. anyone finding a delay in initial support mind find it reassuring; Purchased the 75T ultimate bundle and so far the support has been good. The fuser did get delayed in shipping and I had to reach out to find out what was going on but they replied to my email within 24hrs.Everything else is installed and setup thanks to the help of @zesira, @Trix (NOT DMA) and @Mr. Duck. The initial ticket for support took a day or so and yes you do have to wait for 1:1 firmware but w hat do expect? Do you want a 1:1 firmware or a generic gen pop FW...like some of you need to have a little patience. Also, do realize this company sells its hardware from 3rd party so delays can happen outside of their control. That being said, have some patience and they will ensure you get what you paid for. Everyone's moving to DMA over injected cheats right now due to increased anti-cheat capabilities so customer service and hardware delays should be expected if you take the time to understand... Overall I recommend Ducks.I would recommend however they create better DMA installation instructions and make things more user friendly (Admin working on this from what I was told). More instructional videos step by step vs the current typed out guide would go a long way in freeing up time for Admin to address tickets. Hope this review finds those questioning if they should make a purchase or not

    • i flashed my dma last night and ran a test and everything was fine, i just got home tried to boot it up and ran a test to make sure it was working but i got the mmap error... am i supposed to flash everytime i turn it on or something ?

    • I bought a trial version for escape from tarkov, love is so much I will be buying the lifetime… there is only 3 so keep an eye on those. Easily able to communicate through discord, dma cheats work flawlessly.

    • +rep I had a lot of issues with the firmware but support and I were able to come to a resolution and solve the issues I was having. Will definitely purchase in the future. Disclaimer | EAC firmware is extremely unstable, either take the risk or wait for stability updates. ❤️
    • I understand your frustration, with 500 tickets it gets a little bit hard to reply to EVERYONE when alot of our support is busy related to real life things.
    • -rep. Bought a product that simply does not work. The error is request timed out, clearly related to a connection issue with their server/API. Created a support ticket, well 24 hours with no answer. To be precise (before someone nitpicks words like I see they like to do with other people, DMA support rep finally replied TODAY and suggested downloading some random third-party VPN. Tried it same exact error, no difference at all. Also tickets can’t even be created because their system is “full”. Old tickets are not being closed or properly resolved they just stack up. Around 500 open tickets, many of which get closed without any actual solution. So yeah, this ended up being a waste of money. Honestly glad I didn’t go for the main product I originally wanted to buy, because it would probably have the same issues and would waste a lot more than for this cheap crap I just bought for fun. At this point, there’s no trust left in the service. Duck was a goat before, but I guess right now he got super rich and it’s just broken and badly managed. 🙁 Goodbye legend ❤️

    • +rep, got my dma 100t bundle with 1:1 firmware. everything is working perfectly. i have to give a huge thank you to @zesira . i had bought the dma installation service and he did everything for me. answered all my questions as well. everything went smoothly, got my firmware in less than an hour and have been playing with no problems. 10/10
    • + 75T Rep At first the device I received was faulty ( not ducks device ) but they tried to help me troubleshoot anyway. After not the quickly offered a replacement device and helped me with a new FW within 7 days from the initial ticket to being up and running. I would rate this a solid service 9/10. Easy to use site and easy to set up devices 10/10 would recommend coming here for DMA.
    • +rep, Ducks 100t + 1:1 emu firmware, good documentation, no issues during setup, much faster than my 35t. It got stuck with USPS for a couple weeks, but eventually arrived. I forgot to download my firmware, but ducks was cool enough help me out in a support ticket - thanks again! Speeds: I tried a bunch of different cables and ports, surprisingly the 10gbps port on my second PC was faster than my 40gpbs port. Thunderbolt 5 & USB 3.1 cables were about the same, with thunderbolt being maybe 10% faster. The USB C to USB A cable that came with was the only one that worked in the jtag port for me, but that cable is much slower than the USB C to USB C ones (50% slower). Connecting through a 10gbps USB hub slowed speeds massively, connecting to a thunderbolt extension cable slowed speeds maybe 10%. In the past, I've also bought a 35t, makcu, fuser, and kmbox pro+ - Support was able to help me with those when I had any issues. 10/10 would recommend
