+rep @Mr. Duck is deadass the realest mf out there. No matter how big his company is he still cares about his customers. The support time was very lengthy (around 21 hours - to get my firmware), but that makes sense with all the tickets these guys have. I'm being for real download Vencord and look at hidden channels its insane, easily 500+ tickets. but when my time came around we got my firware setup in less than an hour. I bought the 35t bundle on a Thursday, received it the next Wednesday (in the U.S) which is hella fast especially for the items. +rep everything with the DMA works. FW is good, got it written in 6 hours I think. Had problems with the delivery, but that was UPS's fault. Overall they have very good prices for DMA products, at least 20-30 % cheaper, than other shops.

-rep i bought a 75t for my brotha, i made a ticket for support and firmware and its pretty much been non existent i have some shitty bot telling me obvious stuff then the real person comes in and says the same shit after 6 hours of no reply from him. i have spent alot of money on this product i expected timely and helpful support when problems came but i got the opposite the lack of communication and help has left my issues unresolved.
