I was kinda acting like a pos but the staff staued cool with me and apologized. I wanted to apologize too for my impatience. I get it, you guys got lots of ticket and you were waiting for the dev. I would still recommend to get more support like @! bmpdma because wait time can be long sometimes but not all the times. I have been using ducks for almost more than 2 years and im amazed by the professionalism of the staff. Its rare to see in this market. Thank you @Mr. Duck @! bmpdma and @MacRae for your help even when the wait annoyed me. You guys are awseome but still I would work a bit on recruiting more dma support agents that have contact with the firmware dev. Because wait can be long in such cases.
