Cannot join discord or get any form of help regarding product after purchase

I purchased the product, a spoofer and the cheat, and whilst having issues with it regardless of following the instructions, I didn't get it to work, and it refers me to the support team that seemingly only is available on the discord server which is.. impossible, since the invites are temporary. When asking the site's AI, it refers to the discord, and refers to the ''contact team'' button, but that only refers to the server. I even mailed the customer support mail address / admin address, to no response either, made a manual ticket at the bottom collumn of ''contact us'', still haven't gotten an answer. I bought the 1 Day cheat period, and at this point the day has already gone by after i first injected it without me even having tried the cheat(s). 

 

I would really love to be able to try the product, but it really sucks that it can be inconvenient like this, if anyone from the admin team could get back to me, that'd be nice. I have no direction to head to, as for the admins or the support, and it says that it is estimated to have been a 24hour temporary invite pause, but it's been 4 days now and it doesn't seem to work out.
