Sorry again about receiving different branded hardware. At the time, our Makcu / fuser shipment was delayed, so we shipped equivalent hardware from one of our partner suppliers instead so your order would not be delayed further. The hardware itself is functionally identical, just different branding. I’m also not seeing any EDID/fuser related messages in your ticket history, so it’s possible those messages were not sent through correctly or were discussed elsewhere. Regarding the firmware delivery, your firmware was delivered within 7 hours, which is still well within our advertised 24 hour delivery timeframe. Most orders are delivered faster, but delays can happen depending on the queue volume As for the ticket delays, I do apologize for that. Some of the troubleshooting involved issues that are unfortunately hardware/setup specific, which can make response times longer while we review things internally. Glad to hear you eventually got everything working.
