-rep Ducks Services used to be really good but service has really dropped off a cliff. I've had a ticket open for 3 days now with someone checking in every 5-6 hours or so to copy & paste the same generic USB test response 3 times, when the only thing left to do at this point is flash new firmware. It seems I'll only be able to resolve my issue by finding a better vendor and purchasing a new card. I'd be happy to change the review if Ducks support actually responded but so far this has been an absolute joke.
