Great Service! Received product in 2 days opened tick they helped all the way through. Take your time fallow the instructions exactly. If your not tech savy may be hard to setup. Everything works great with the 75T 60fps seems to run fine no issue with gameplay of course 100T card may be best if your wanting higher fps. 10 out of 10 thanks Duck!

+rep/Kinda annoyed but not mad. I waited almost a day for my 100t firmware. I was kinda acting like a pos but the staff staued cool with me and apologized. I wanted to apologize too for my impatience. I get it, you guys got lots of ticket and you were waiting for the dev. I would still recommend to get more support like @! bmpdma because wait time can be long sometimes but not all the times. I have been using ducks for almost more than 2 years and im amazed by the professionalism of the staff. Its rare to see in this market. Thank you @Mr. Duck @! bmpdma and @MacRae for your help even when the wait annoyed me. You guys are awseome but still I would work a bit on recruiting more dma support agents that have contact with the firmware dev. Because wait can be long in such cases.

Shoutout to @ for all the 2nd pc issues, shoutout @MacRae for the macku and fuser support and shoutout @zesira for the delta force software support. You guys have been great ❤️

-rep, i used to like duck's and his stuff, bought all kind of stuff from him, latest was the dma bundle. I know EAC is closing on VGK level but selling a fw for EAC for 150$ with 1 month warranty and it doesn't last more than 2 weeks to a month is not good business. Also we buy custom fw so i don't understand how we keep getting all hit at the same time.

-rep for now,firmware arrived within 48 which was good,flashed it last night,testing now and it seems to be blocked already..... everything installed as should be lones dma test works before fortnite and when im loaded into a game od fortnite no speeds can be read,hopefully I get a reply soon and we can work something out.if anyone else has dame issue let me know

I ordered the 75T bundle, spending a total of around $400+ including the firmware and chairs. Everything was set up and running within 14 days, and delivery arrived in about 7–10 days, which was great. I did have some trouble setting up the internal loader at first - specifically getting the ESP to merge - but their team provided remote help via the help desk. While they couldn’t fully resolve it at the time, I managed to fix it myself later by uninstalling and reinstalling a driver and removing the HDMI cable from the second PC to the main monitor. That solved the issue 😇 Support can be a bit slow to respond, though I believe that’s mainly due to the time zone difference (I’m in the UK, and they’re based in the US). Overall ratings: 💰 Cost: 10/10 🪑 Chair quality: 10/10 🛠️ Support: 8.5/10 (only because of the time zone delay) Thanks, Team 🙏 ♥️

been using arma reforger for the past 5 months now and I all can say is thats its great but one thing that could be better is the crashes after hours of use but the software itself is amazing

**+rep** (BAD and GOOD news) GOOD news: its a site legit, its reseller from dma, cheats and firmware. the team and @Mr. Duck are profesional, no matter cheats are bad or detected (u can create ticket and ask the problem), this is reason u should use alt accs that u don't worry about lose accounts, make sure with temp spoofer. BAD news: I bough dma bundle + FW vgk/eac/ace, total 495usd (420usd bundle/fw and 60usd of pack usps), they said its coming from 6d to 10d, they mean of usps to international countrys, indeed Im from italy, it arrived 8 days. I though more, so usps is really fast, for me. BUT Italy has big problem with usa due to dazi, lets say fault of trump. I asked to refound because its almost 2 months, and I got refound. Its really bad news for me. I don't think I'll take another dma because also I feel I've prefer to use "programm" and alt accs. **even dma cheats is always risk on main acc, remember it, only vac and be u don't worry about it** @Mr. Duck good luck ur hard work with ur best team, I really hopefull the pack it will arrive ur house, it will be good. Sorry guys my eng is bad, I wanted to give very positive review.

-rep I’m writing to express how disappointed I am with this entire purchase experience. I paid around $400 for the 75T ESP bundle, and after waiting over 30 days for delivery to Europe, I was hit with an additional $40 customs fee on arrival. When the package finally arrived, I couldn’t even use it because I had to wait three more days just to get the firmware. The so-called “support” was basically nonexistent hours between replies, no clear instructions, and constant delays. When I finally got the firmware, it didn’t even work. Flashing failed completely. After more waiting, the FW developer used RustDesk to control my PC to try fixing it and when it failed again, he just disconnected without saying a word. No explanation, no fix, no follow-up. Completely unprofessional. I’ve now requested a refund and haven’t received any response. This level of customer service is unacceptable I’ve lost time, money, and patience. Unless this is resolved immediately, I’ll be filing a formal dispute through my payment provider and sharing this experience publicly so others are aware of how poorly this product and support team operate.
