+Rep I placed my order in late November 2025 and received the DMA card and Macku within two weeks. The fuser arrived later in late December, as it was out of stock at the time of my order. I’m based in the UK, so it also had to clear customs from the US. When there was a delay, Mr Duck proactively chased it up for me, which I really appreciated. Zesira also generated my firmware within a day of my request, which was very efficient. While support responses can sometimes be slow, the team is consistently accommodating, kind, and patient when they do reply. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’m happy with both the product and the support provided. I will update this review within a month to give my opinions on the firmware and how it performs across various games.

Just got my MAKCU 5 days later, super fast. Easy to set up thanks to the straight forward guide and the little case Duck puts it in is so cute.

+rep ud asf on fn with new fw, dont believe this guy ngl, this was 200% user error or a woofer leaking serials... quick edit rq (oh and btw fortnite perm bans if it detects the fw but you said "not permanent" so its a user error gng )

-rep trying to get a issue situated post buying a firmware from duck, and getting banned on fortnite when i never used dma or anything but getting banned cuz of fw detection in less than a week of buying fw and im i cant even be given a refund for that lol im js lucky its not a permanent

+rep FW was delivered ahead of schedule @zesira, @BlackRobin and @Manila were all amazing! Super fast service even during the holidays. I had a driver conflict issue with the first FW and they fixed it within an hour! Have been playing cod, bf6 and FN since delivery with no issues yet!
