Good suport. Response time is super slow but the suport is amazing. Been with duck for years and as he grows he still does good job. However i purchaced custom fw on Thursday and i have yet to receive it. And was told could take UP TO 24h but it has been 2 days already about to start on 3rd. Will update when i get my firmware

+ REP bought dma 75t bundle the dma itself arrived perfectly fine and works 50/50-REP staff response times r pretty mid avg at best they mostly just sit in general chat n most of them dont know what they r really doing except from BMP and Ducks himself -REP however i bought the emu fw and ive had the dma for more than 1 week n not one fw has worked on RUST so not even able to use it what is pretty shocking considering ur paying decent amount of money for it so i would say buy fw from somewhere else OVERALL- if your wanting just the dma itself without fw id recommend Ducks but if ur needing fw id go else where. slow.

At first, I was really frustrated and disheartened. I followed the setup guide closely but couldn’t get things working properly. It turned out the issue was a small misstep with how I used mmap and not downgrading to the correct version, something that’s actually covered in the guide but easy to overlook when you're new to this. What impressed me the most was how patient and helpful the team was. They stuck with me, dug deep into the problem, and helped me get everything sorted within about 24 hours. For some, that might feel like a long wait, especially when you’re excited to jump into your favorite game and start cheesing, but remember these are real people with lives outside of Discord and they still gave me their full attention. The support alone makes it worth it. Now that everything’s running smoothly, I can confidently say I’ll be a returning customer and I’ll definitely be recommending this group to friends. 8/10 I got my 35t bundle after 3 days, everything set up great, narrowed it down to the mini pc, the recommended budget mini pc from this store. I would not recommend getting that pc to avoid issues, just go for something a bit more expensive. A really big bummer cuz everything was going great, ran a speed test, and i got 2500, tested on my main pc, got 4000. Fast and good but I wouldnt get the mini pc
