+REP I forgot I downloaded FW to my NAS instead of my PC. I tried to look for it on my 2nd PC and my Gaming PC but couldn't find it. They were helpful and give me the FW again w/o paying for it again. Although I wished I still had access to closed tickets. or at least warned that I wouldn't be able to access them after a few days.

Extra +rep I forgot to mention that @Mr. Duck shipped my makcu by accident when I refunded, I actually saved 20$. He said hes not gonna charge me the extra 20$ for his mistake. My boy @! bmpdma gave me a free emulated firmware when I paid the basic one after I ran into issues with the newest BE update when I initially paid the non emulated one. Support is slow sometimes but I always expect quality support when I deal with these guys. @vdjf is goated for dma support when he does not have one

This will get deleted but everything im saying is true!! 1. Support takes over a day to respond and they respond to what they want to they pick and choose. I know this bc I've created multiple account and support tickets and they pick and choose who they want to respond to. 2. if you plan on buying a DMA make sure you know that it IS NOT in stock they are lying to you so after you order it they will tell you that and it will take a month plus to get it in.

+rep took me 20 days cuz I live in Canada to get my DMA + the custom fees (Its not duck's fault its USPS) but my boy @vdjf helped my retarded ass and helped me setup my dma, duck's spoofer (reported.lol) helped me to not pay child support too while spoofing my hwid
