I’ll be honest, if it wasn’t for Grok AI; I wouldn’t be here. Can’t vouch for much other than support has been pretty good, yes you receive a physical item (all of our worries not receiving shipment when pulling trigger on this type of stuff) in the mail and in my case, functioning.
