+rep ease of purchase and typically zero problems with the software. Ive been using coffee and abs for weeks no issues, apex rage is also solid

+ rep installation and clear instructions, many tools to help get everything you need to have to be able to run what ever cheese you get, the tool even does it for you. Easy to activate key and get everything up and running. not complicated at all -rep i have a disk issue preventing me from getting it going. But i have now wasted 20+ hours waiting to get help for my cheese (my own fault for not being tech smart and not reading it properly) before i bought it i ran the support tool to make sure everything was good. It checked out to be good but when i activated my key and went to run it. It doesnt load at all cause of my drive. It can be fixed but while waiting for support your key is activated and running the whole time just sucks when your waiting so long for support (which they are very busy and duck hasnt been feeling well).. at the end of the day it is what it is just before you buy make sure EVERYTHING IS GOOD even if the support tool says it is double check everything before activating anything

+rep ducks support team for DMA firmware, when I said i experienced an issue BMP instantly asked for anydesk. -rep the wait time. I bought their faceit/valorant firmware December 2nd, arrived December 19th. 17 days went between when I purchased to my arrival. Support said its cause the dev forgot about my firmware. It reminded me of another firmware provider I've used in the past, and I wanted to avoid more than a 2 week wait time. Then, firmware got blocked reads after a month of having the firmware on 1/23 (hoping for at least 2 months). I enjoyed the kind support, but wait time was not as fast as I expected. Keep that in mind if you're expecting a fast arrival. Duck was very kind about it too while I was waiting for my firmware. It had normal read speed. No spikes for AMD. I actually got refunded back 1/3 of the money I spent for the firmware so there was some warranty.

Got told yesterday it would be refunded to store credit still hasn’t been done Bought ring 1 rust cheat dose not work support tried to help but they where very limited to what they could do I will update if they eventually give me the store credit UPDATE I GOT IT
