0 rep for a brick $4500 HPTT that I was resold a month so with no expertise to solve the problem. Mr Duck was responsive so I will def recommend you guys to try other products from him. Cannot recommend the 4500 FW.

Package got returned to warehouse 5 weeks so far contacted support (shipper) uni uni 5 times called they closed all my tickets I tried calling there support full ai robot the entire time no help. I doubt I'll get my package don't order ducks products to a Po box (they can't deliver to one)

You’ll get what you paid for, probably with delayed shipping. I would get firmware from elsewhere as there’s no active staff in here they tend to take up to a full day to respond.
