+rep amazing support I was having issues with one of the products and they were there to assist me and helped me with the issue if you have a ticket open be patient they have over 400+ tickets open and their trying the best to get to everyone thanks to @Trix @Mr. Duck for the support and help

Really solid experience. I picked up multiple products and almost all of them worked perfectly. The one issue I had was honestly more on me and my current "skill level" Even with that, support handled everything professionally from start to finish. @Trix was very responsive, asked the right questions, and stayed with me through the whole process. Duck also stepped in and made sure everything was resolved fairly. Communication was clear, the outcome was fair, and the support felt genuine. I feel confident continuing with their products long term. Easy 5/5.

I don't recommend it. I bought basic firmware and Direct BF6. I just had a bad experience so far, FW received after 3-4 hours, not bad. Direct key expired and is not working, support also slow. I'll give 3 out of 5.

+rep I've been using** EFT Kernaim 7 Days** and **Finals Kernaim 7 Days** and they seem to work just fine without getting banned. I haven't been banned on the finals using **Finals Kernaim 7 Days**, even after using it for 7 days. For EFT (pve only) everything seem to work just as fine, I can do quests and find loot just as fine! Kernaim cheats are pretty cool 👍

Huge shoutout to @Mr. Duck and @Anthony , seriously one of the best support experiences I’ve had, you have to be patient as they are constantly helping people, and they might be on a different time zone as well. Everything was handled perfectly fine, super organized, and you can tell they actually know what they’re doing. Responses were supportive, clear, and they assisted with every issue I had. -rep. I had ordered my card on april 5th with the most fast shipping option. It took them 4 days to even give the device to the ups. I got my device yesterday and i got my firmware in 1hr. Which was good. But after flashing the firmware was not working. I followed everything on the guide and nothing worked. I already had a dma setup i just got a new card. Since then i been requesting assistance to look into this. No support. No one is looking into it.
