+rep been using ducks for a while now no bans I used to always get banned when using internal or external cheats but with dma I have not experienced it neither have I even gotten a firmware block 10/10 duck

+rep got the ultimate DMA bundle with FW. Delivered within a few days from order. FW took just under 24-hours to get. Had some issues with setup, but got it all working for the most part with what I bought from Ducks. Support was great, takes time but it is obvious a peak time for the DMA scene I’m sure with how hard AC’s are going. (I did end up using a DC500 fuser as the 4k fuser doesn’t like my specific PC setup) Also, @MacRae was a terrific support tech and helped figure out the issues I had by remotely helping me with flashing.

+rep bought the bundled DMA package. Got to my house within a week. The guides were kinda confusing to follow for the first time users, but I managed to bungle my way through it. I got the firmware for my card in less than 24 hours after putting a ticket in. Overall quite satisfied

-rep: to put it succinctly, I purchased fw and spent a week asking for support. Bmp unfortunately provides more condescending remarks than actual support so I ended up getting refunded. Purchased a fw from a different provider for around the same price point and they delivered all files and instructions and had me up and running in 30 minutes. I can almost guarantee there will be some salty responses from the staff for this review. They insisted that I was the only one having this issue despite others dming me asking if I got my problem resolved saying they had the same issues. Mr. Duck provided great support but unfortunately he relied on Bmp for fw and that was a poor business decision, especially for a service that has this large of a community.

Bought the dma package. Got it working but took some time, support is there but varies in response time. My package didn't come with USB c cable that is suppose to connected to card but MR.Duck said he's going to give me credit for any future purchase. Vouches

+rep, honestly ive had so many issues, including over a month of waiting (totally out of their control though), lack of response from some admins/support, however i will attribute this to the sheer quantity of tickets that are open at the current moment, but none of this is really their fault. to begin with, some of the necessary files were missing from the website, this is because duck perm spoofer is infact a rebrand. wont talk to much shit though as some of the support here is really great. waiting on a replacement key right now and i will be ready to finish my spoof process! <3

-rep banned after 4 hours using arc raiders fecurity. Other folks got banned a few days ago, but website still marked as undetected. 30-day subcription is used for 4 hours. I purchased cuz it marked UD, but apparently not true
