So here is my full and honest review. I'm gonna be honest with you folks coming into duck services for the first time as a first time buyer was a little rough for me. My situation is very unique, the company I work for was willing to buy my DMA card and pay for it out of their own pocket. Because of this I found myself in a very unique situation where I had to use my company email and paypal to create an account and buy the DMA package. Not having full access to my company accountant put me in a really rough situation here. Upon explaining how I want my details to be under my e-mail and not the company e-mail. Mr. duck was willing to help out immediately, furthermore he provided an invoice when I needed one. This led to a new issue with the payment being sent, it did take a couple days to confirm due to the person in charge of the PayPal being unavailable. Personally this is an issue I didn't really like with Mr. duck not having access to the PayPal and having to wait for a third party to confirm payment. After a couple days the payment was confirmed the discussion of shipping came up. I noticed that the shipping prices to Canada and Mexico despite being closer to the origin area of the United states was a lot more expensive than the European shipping prices. Upon mentioning this Mr. Duck quickly rectified the problem for the whole website and for every one ordering. Part 1 of my review

Something I have to mentioned though is that I live in Canada and currently our national mail company is under strike meaning that if this package was sent through Canada post. I would not see it for months. Upon addressing this instead of Mr. duck just ignoring me, he actually took the time to address my concern and to ensure that my package wouldn't fall victim to the strike. I gotta give the guy a lot of credit for this because he went out of his way literally to do this for me but in doing so this led to another problem. From the moment that I paid and the moment that it got shipped out it took 6 whole days to get my package shipped out. But it took 6 days for it to come out. A total of 12 days without the package after paying. This is not a major problem honestly for me but it is worth mentioning. Now the DMA card packages are actually expensive. That is a concern that i had from the beginning wondering why there's such a massive upcharge in my opinion. Since this was bought on the company account I didn't really care but I came to realize why there's an up charge on the DMA products. It's because of the amazing service they offer. Holy moly can I tell you folks. It took me 5 hours to set this DMA card up and everything it came with. If it was not for BMP I would not have set this up on my own. BMP helped me for 5 hours straight not at once calling me stupid and helping me with the upmost level of respect. The up charge I paid on this stuff is completely worth it considering how these guys took five hours out of their day that helped me set this stuff up. I do not regret this purchase, I do regret how long it took for it to arrive but with the help and support I got. And the willingness to cooperate with me and my demands is wonderful. Hands down one of the most wonderful services ever and I hope to God that once I finally do get my cheats they continue this amazing service with helping me.
