Ducks is amazing, I've bought here since 2024, from EFT externals to DMA firmware, I've had it all. As long as ducks is here, you won't need any other provider. Support is relatively fast (could be a bit faster :), but AI is a great improvement), and when it's given its amazing! Highly recommend! 10/10

UPS decided to be annoying and delay the package a bit but it got sent out the day after i bought it. Firmware was delivered withing the day i got it and despite some minor issues that were resolved by @Mr. Duck and @zesira i got everything running perfect the next day! Support is good most times but the server is big so you cant really blame them for being a little slow sometimes. Besides that I would recommend them 100% as I was scammed from someone else before I bought from them.

Going on a week on the 29th of just str8 slaughter. With EFT Next. I’d say it’s a 10/10 product.

+rep sure they are sometimes slow at responses but they have a lot of tickets to deal with at least 250+ active tickets nonetheless, I had a problem with my delivery order took about 5 months because of the carrier but then I asked duck about it since it went back to him and they still made me a new order and gave me a new one while also keeping their promise of my warranty firmware that i should've received it 5 months ago, Top tier support!

+rep I have been buying off ducks for over half a year now and never been detected once with anything I’ve bought if it says undetected it is undetected and no need to worry about the status being wrong there always hard at work changing the status as soon as it’s detected or updating. +rep EAC Fw, if u buy fw u have to bring time. Anybody that doesnt understand this, stop buying fw and go back to externals! Back to bussiness, easy and reliable service, helpfull and patient. Even after Driver issues everything got taken care of without hesitation, Fw working beautiful after incompatible driver! Recommend to everybody looking for fw. Again bring time=get quality thx!

+Rep 2nd time buying DMA FW in over a year. Id say its pretty solid. Support was kinda finicky due to timezones but we got everything sorted out. Delivery was DEFINETLY faster than the last time over a year ago. GGs.
