Really solid experience. I picked up multiple products and almost all of them worked perfectly. The one issue I had was honestly more on me and my current "skill level" Even with that, support handled everything professionally from start to finish. @Trix was very responsive, asked the right questions, and stayed with me through the whole process. Duck also stepped in and made sure everything was resolved fairly. Communication was clear, the outcome was fair, and the support felt genuine. I feel confident continuing with their products long term. Easy 5/5.

I don't recommend it. I bought basic firmware and Direct BF6. I just had a bad experience so far, FW received after 3-4 hours, not bad. Direct key expired and is not working, support also slow. I'll give 3 out of 5.

After a day of trying to figure it out, I finally got it and it works great. Fast delivery. Strongly recommend!

+rep I've been using** EFT Kernaim 7 Days** and **Finals Kernaim 7 Days** and they seem to work just fine without getting banned. I haven't been banned on the finals using **Finals Kernaim 7 Days**, even after using it for 7 days. For EFT (pve only) everything seem to work just as fine, I can do quests and find loot just as fine! Kernaim cheats are pretty cool 👍

- rep , support replied to get me to buy an updating software, with no mention of that on the site. the key also came dead and got zero support from them in ticket. Would avoid at all costs.

Huge shoutout to @Mr. Duck and @Anthony , seriously one of the best support experiences I’ve had, you have to be patient as they are constantly helping people, and they might be on a different time zone as well. Everything was handled perfectly fine, super organized, and you can tell they actually know what they’re doing. Responses were supportive, clear, and they assisted with every issue I had. And @! bmpdma … straight up the GOAT. The support is on another level, super quick to acknowledge the problem, efficient, and just locked in. You can tell he knows what he is doing. Also a shoutout to the general chat, they are all super supportive specially @FrozLy. Frozly hopped in VC with me to explain a few things to me and give me support with a few questions.
