+rep ud asf on fn with new fw, dont believe this guy ngl, this was 200% user error or a woofer leaking serials... quick edit rq (oh and btw fortnite perm bans if it detects the fw but you said "not permanent" so its a user error gng )

-rep trying to get a issue situated post buying a firmware from duck, and getting banned on fortnite when i never used dma or anything but getting banned cuz of fw detection in less than a week of buying fw and im i cant even be given a refund for that lol im js lucky its not a permanent

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m really happy with the purchases I’ve made recently. I bought the DMA Bundle on December 18 at full price, right before the Christmas sale started. After I noticed the sale, I opened a ticket to ask about a price match. I didn’t end up getting the price match, but @Trix and @Cyrus reached out to @Mr. Duck , and Duck credited my Ducky account instead, which I really appreciated. Big shoutout to those guys for helping me out. My DMA Bundle shipped on December 24 and arrived today (December 26). Everything showed up well packaged and in perfect condition. I also purchased the 1:1 firmware and the DMA installation service, and @zesira and @! bmpdma got the firmware sent to me in under 45 minutes, which was great. Since I’m still waiting on my second PC to arrive, Zesira went ahead and installed the firmware from my main PC to make things easier, and handled everything quickly and efficiently. Overall, this was a smooth experience from start to finish. I’ve got no complaints at all and will definitely continue using Duck’s services.
