Site appeared to be dated in driver files but quickly addresses in channel. +rep Fanta as the dev is the best I have ever chatted with. He has jokes but is serious about his product. Obviously DMA user now but his product is better than any DMA chair I have tried. Sball is king 👑

  3. +rep Been using Arc Raiders Eden for about a week now after getting everything set up. Everything’s running smooth no problems and no bans. FW is nice. Never really had any issues with the firmware or the items received from Ducks. Only real complaint is support being a little slow, but they’ll get to you eventually, and they helped me out a lot in the end. Much love to the team here. One thing I’m realizing they say shipping takes 2 days, but everyone I’ve talked to says it’s closer to about a week. Other than that, Everything seems to be working fine about to try out more games other than arc raiders.

  8. figured I'd just post my trust pilot review here as well. anyone finding a delay in initial support mind find it reassuring; Purchased the 75T ultimate bundle and so far the support has been good. The fuser did get delayed in shipping and I had to reach out to find out what was going on but they replied to my email within 24hrs.Everything else is installed and setup thanks to the help of @zesira, @Trix (NOT DMA) and @Mr. Duck. The initial ticket for support took a day or so and yes you do have to wait for 1:1 firmware but w hat do expect? Do you want a 1:1 firmware or a generic gen pop FW...like some of you need to have a little patience. Also, do realize this company sells its hardware from 3rd party so delays can happen outside of their control. That being said, have some patience and they will ensure you get what you paid for. Everyone's moving to DMA over injected cheats right now due to increased anti-cheat capabilities so customer service and hardware delays should be expected if you take the time to understand... Overall I recommend Ducks.I would recommend however they create better DMA installation instructions and make things more user friendly (Admin working on this from what I was told). More instructional videos step by step vs the current typed out guide would go a long way in freeing up time for Admin to address tickets. Hope this review finds those questioning if they should make a purchase or not

    i flashed my dma last night and ran a test and everything was fine, i just got home tried to boot it up and ran a test to make sure it was working but i got the mmap error... am i supposed to flash everytime i turn it on or something ?

Plus they got it to me in less than 24 hours which was a huge plus! also shoutout to @vdjf and @zesira They both were super patient with me, Clearing up all the questions i had and being very helpful! about to buy Arc Eden and test everything out! overall 10/10 and for sure recommend people buy from them!

  20. +rep shoutout @zesira @Mr. Duck support has been relatively good has been some times where they went mia but they do have a lot of tickets and orders besides yours so do bear that in mind was always updated of the situation if I was waiting and everything works perfectly no issues

  23. +rep I had a lot of issues with the firmware but support and I were able to come to a resolution and solve the issues I was having. Will definitely purchase in the future. Disclaimer | EAC firmware is extremely unstable, either take the risk or wait for stability updates. ❤️

    I understand your frustration, with 500 tickets it gets a little bit hard to reply to EVERYONE when alot of our support is busy related to real life things.
  25. -rep. Bought a product that simply does not work. The error is request timed out, clearly related to a connection issue with their server/API. Created a support ticket, well 24 hours with no answer. To be precise (before someone nitpicks words like I see they like to do with other people, DMA support rep finally replied TODAY and suggested downloading some random third-party VPN. Tried it same exact error, no difference at all. Also tickets can’t even be created because their system is “full”. Old tickets are not being closed or properly resolved they just stack up. Around 500 open tickets, many of which get closed without any actual solution. So yeah, this ended up being a waste of money. Honestly glad I didn’t go for the main product I originally wanted to buy, because it would probably have the same issues and would waste a lot more than for this cheap crap I just bought for fun. At this point, there’s no trust left in the service. Duck was a goat before, but I guess right now he got super rich and it’s just broken and badly managed. 🙁 Goodbye legend ❤️
