Good suport. Response time is super slow but the suport is amazing. Been with duck for years and as he grows he still does good job. However i purchaced custom fw on Thursday and i have yet to receive it. And was told could take UP TO 24h but it has been 2 days already about to start on 3rd. Will update when i get my firmware

+ REP bought dma 75t bundle the dma itself arrived perfectly fine and works 50/50-REP staff response times r pretty mid avg at best they mostly just sit in general chat n most of them dont know what they r really doing except from BMP and Ducks himself -REP however i bought the emu fw and ive had the dma for more than 1 week n not one fw has worked on RUST so not even able to use it what is pretty shocking considering ur paying decent amount of money for it so i would say buy fw from somewhere else OVERALL- if your wanting just the dma itself without fw id recommend Ducks but if ur needing fw id go else where. slow.
