-rep Gonna have to put a negative rep here until Duck does right. Found out about a day and a half ago my Fuser does not work properly. BMP ran Anydesk on my computer also does not work. When I bought this Mr. duck was happy to take my money and get me my DMA card and fuser out same day. However since I need a new fuser I have had no updated response on one being shipped out other than “it will be shipped out asap” feels like there’s a serious lack of motivation about getting this handled as quickly as taking my money was handled. I will happily eat my words and chance this review once things are made right on my end.
