I had a serious issue with a product I purchased, and despite the problem being caused by the developer, Duck Services stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. They responded to my messages, helped me communicate with the developer, and kept me updated whenever there was new information. What impressed me the most was that they ultimately provided me with a refund, even though it meant taking a loss on their side.
