Just received DC500 works amazing with my 3440 ultrawide at 165hz, so crisp. Excellent service.

Solid people! Fast shipping given the holiday season! Got everything packaged nicely and was easy to setup. Helped me thru the FW flashing and made sure I had all the resources to get going. Support was great, and Im sure if I have any issues in the future they'll clear it up easily. Fuser works well, and Makcu was flawless.

Garbage. Upgraded fw for Fortnite . Never played it. Had them help me se it up and instant HWID ban. Sent me multiple drivers. Took 2 weeks to fix anything. Now im HWID banned on a game i never got to play

Waited a week because it was a pre order on the fuser, and got it here 3 days after it was shipped. support was great throughout especially @zesira i’m still setting everything up but it is 10/10 so far.

+rep bought fw and a fuser, plan to get cheats too. The fw was made and delivered within like an hour which was very quick. I'm having some issues on my end with it but support is doing their best to help which is great. The fuser still hasnt came yet but this was shipped with USPS, I ended up getting a second fuser with UPS (the dc500) and it is meant to be here monday. Everything is straightforward and they provide a help when needed, the guides are also very in depth and useful. Made setting up my macku super easy
