+rep great support helped me through a couple different issues with my dma even though I didn’t purchase it from them!

-rep purchased arcane for arc raiders. after having multiple issues and not being able to use the full subscription i didn’t learn my lesson and asked the server owner “mr duck” what I should use he then recommended bell tower. 30 minutes of me using what was recommended the exact same way I used the previous product for almost a month I was banned and support was no help just said they haven’t received other reports. I asked for a refund due to the fact that i wasn’t able to even use the recommended product for more than 30 minutes unfortunately they said there was nothing they could do.

received my bundle in a week or so and got my firmware on the same day it was delivered. encountered some issues upon setup but fortunately they were al user error. +rep

Super Helpful support I had a couple problems and multiple staff members helped me fix them. All in all the most patient staff team I have ever worked with. Great Job Guys!

+rep when purchased R6 cheats, they were perfect and not glitchy. The only thing I could complain about is the aimbot not working but other than that the cheats are awesome!

+rep I had a weird experience, honestly going to chalk it up to bad luck. By the end of it, support did help me and we got it resolved together. That's all you can ask for from support. Thanks again guys keep doing your thing!! 5/5

+rep amazing support I was having issues with one of the products and they were there to assist me and helped me with the issue if you have a ticket open be patient they have over 400+ tickets open and their trying the best to get to everyone thanks to @Trix @Mr. Duck for the support and help

Really solid experience. I picked up multiple products and almost all of them worked perfectly. The one issue I had was honestly more on me and my current "skill level" Even with that, support handled everything professionally from start to finish. @Trix was very responsive, asked the right questions, and stayed with me through the whole process. Duck also stepped in and made sure everything was resolved fairly. Communication was clear, the outcome was fair, and the support felt genuine. I feel confident continuing with their products long term. Easy 5/5.
